Random Thoughts WALL STREET SCUM

The 'too big to fail'companies are not companies. They are a small
group of assholes who have no interest in their stockholders except as
an excuse for grabbing and cheating every dollar however unethical it
might be. Their only interest is themselves and the millions they can
bring home. If doing harm to our coutry is part of the consequence of
their actions - tough shit. The money counts for a lot more. And let
me re-empathise I don't mean the earnings of the corporation I mean
the earnings of sam and lucas and frank. According to law and the
Supreme Court, Corporations must be considered to have some of the
same rights as individuals, but they do not have to abide by the
responsibilities of people but only gain the rights they want. I
didn't express it right in that last sentence or so: rights and
privileges without any societal downside that people have. There have
been studies and films about the psychology and actions of
Corporations and the consensus is that they are psychotic as a group.
But the group is really the few ugly minds skimming the top off our
economy. We just lost trillions of dollars in value in the past 2
years and their Corporations were on the brink of bankruptcy - but the
bastards were making huge personal fortunes at tht time. They could
bring their companies to the brink and be rewarded for it as easily as
if they had done a good job. They also have the attitude of the very
rich that they don't have to answer to anyone. These people are SCUM.

THE SUPREME COURT vs THE 21st CENTTURY

For the new Supreme Court Justice, might we suggest nominating someone
keyed-in enough to know the difference between an e-mail and a pager?
In City of Ontario vs. Quon about the legality of 'sexting' on
employer-supplied pagers
Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. - who is known to write out his
opinions in long hand with pen and paper instead of a computer - asked
what the difference was 'between email and a pager?' At one point,
Justice Anthony Kennedy asked what would happen if a text message was
sent to an officer at the same time he was sending one to someone
else. 'Does it say: 'Your call is important to us, and we will get
back to you?'' Kennedy asked." http://huff.to/9B3lqG
