This Land is your Land, This Land is now Your Land

I am torn by this decision. I'm glad for Woody Guthrie's original intent but I am sorry it will dramatically reduce the money raised by the Woody Guthrie Foundation!

Owing to a hefty stack of evidence clearly indicating that the song belongs in the public domain, members of the band Satorii are taking the alleged copyright holdersof "This Land" to court to prove so once and for all.
