R.I.P. Scalia?

Scalia's death creates a terrible need to have Hillary or Bernie be President! Obama will nominate someone to replace Scalia but the Republican Congress will not confirm him/her, hoping to have a Republican President to change the nomination to a very conservative person. Also there is an excellent chance that the next President will have a couple of nominees to replace the octogenarians on the Court. The thing I fear the most is that, whomever Obama nominates, the Republicans will be able to fire up their voters to come out to prevent Obama's nomination from going through! They will have a large advantage in the war of words because they will have someone specific to hate. The Democrats will have a more intellectual argument that will not rile up their voters as much.  Damn!

That was exactly the same argument that the liberal commentaterThom Hartmann made that fooled me into voting for Obama his first time around. At the time, nobody really knew much about him other then what his well-oiled propaganda machine put out. In 2012, I did not make that mistake and voted for a third party candidate that I actually liked rather then the lesser of the two evils even though I knew that person had no chance of winning. I would never vote for that criminal Hillery under any circumstance under the sun, stars, and all the heavenly ferments in the known and unknown universe in all the 13 dimensions. That witch should be in jail not running for public office. Once again I will most probably vote for one of the third party candidates. Peace and freedom, Green or Libertarian.
