Two Bridgeton, New Jersey officers who shot and killed a man with his hands up during a traffic stop will not be charged, a grand jury decided Thursday. Officers Braheme Days and Roger Worley said they "feared for their lives" when they saw a handgun in the glove box of a vehicle they pulled over. “Don’t you fucking move!” Officer Days warned passenger Jerame Reid. “You reach for something, you’re gonna be fucking dead!” According to prosecutors, Reid was "reaching toward the handgun" when Days "reached in...and removed the handgun." As video shows, Days repeatedly told Reid not to move, but Reid began to exit the vehicle. When Reid got out, he raised his hands, but Days said he shot Reid because he believed Reid was going to grab his gun or another weapon.
